Job Description
Position Description: Customer delight Specialist will be responsible for controlling and paying penalties units (carriers and retailers) and understand escalation drivers and support creating action plan. Also, will be part of the team that reconciliate daily activities with retails and carriers Responsibilities: • Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to management • Upload data in Motorola ERP to create Credit Memos for customers in order to cancel penalties • Report accounting information to fulfill General ledger information • Track penalty volumes and spent ($) to understand root causes and propose action plan • Support SDM (Service Delivery Manager) to track action plan and results for Service Centers #### Position Requirements: Mandatory qualification: • Student or bachelor’s degree in finance, business Administration or management courses. • Google tools (Drive, Sheet, Slides) knowledge • Share Point, Teams, Excel and Power Point deeply knowledge • English oral and written Preferred Qualifications: • Accounting experience Personal skills: • Good written and verbal communication • Analytic capability and data processing • Problem solving • Team working We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
