Lenovo is seeking a Customer Demand Specialist for our hub in Bucharest to join Lenovo’s Infrastructure Solution Group (ISG). Daily tasks vary and include engaging prospects within target accounts via phone, email, and social channels (i.e. LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to identify sales opportunities. The CDS will also be responsible for following up with and qualifying leads from multiple sources such as inbound marketing campaigns, online responders, events (virtual & face-to-face), and digital advertisement. This is a volume outbound role, and you will be required to call 40 - 50 prospects/customers daily. Must be self-motivated, have sound time management skills with meticulous attention to detail, and a passion for exceeding goals. Responsibilities: • Identify and engage with marketing ready leads resulting from demand generation activities and nurturing those leads to qualify them into Marketing Qualified Leads to hand over to our sales force. • Perform high volume calling with end-goal of identifying qualified leads and opportunities • Collaborate with EMEA and in-country marketing teams to identify target accounts and cultivate prospecting lists Build a solid relationship with both the Territory Marketing Leader & Sales focusing on results, engagement and process optimization • Enhance contact and company data of prospective customers within CRM (Dynamics), ensuring information is accurately documented • Work alongside the Marketing team to identify trending verticals and to conduct data-driven communication with prospects • Maintain and provide reports on the status of leads and prospecting activities. • Pick-up any inbound chats and calls for your assigned territory and handle in a professional and customer-centric way. • Covered territory: Russia, CIS & Central – Eastern Europe. #### Position Requirements: • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects effectively under deadline pressure; adapt quickly to change • Ability to effectively follow standard operating procedures and processes • Work with the following systems: Dynamics 365, Oracle & Genesys Qualifications & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree (Preferred) • 1-2 years in a sales or lead development role with a track record of success • Experience cold calling, making 40+ calls per day • Knowledge of datacenter technologies such as virtualization, storage, servers, cloud and networking (preferred) • Experience with CRM tools (MS Dynamics, Oracle, Genesys - preferred) • Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong organizational and time management skills • Positive attitude, creative thinker, resilient, and driven to provide high- quality customer service • Commitment to achieving individual and team performance goals • Excellent phone and chat presence and experience making phone calls in an open environment • Russian native speaker plus English native What can you expect: • Contract: This is a fulltime position with a permanent contract • Compensation: Besides a good salary, you will be eligible for our bonus plan, receive lunch vouchers, a number of vacation days based on seniority and the possibility to buy company shares, a work from home policy and many others. • Our office: We are based in Floreasca Park, one of the high-tech hubs in Bucharest with easy access to public transport and restaurants.
