Do you want to shape and contribute to the future of healthcare? We are looking for an experienced Customer Education Lead.

This is a field based role, carrying out customer training for our laboratory diagnostic equipment, Atellica Solution, as part of the implementation process and throughout the lifetime of the contract. Find out more about Atellica Solution here.

You will provide guidance and training to the customer to help them to manage their ongoing learning/cascade training, using tools and processes provided by Siemens Healthineers.

You will also be a product champion and pass on knowledge to the UK organisation.

Responsibilities:

·       Scheduling and delivery of customer training as part of the implementation process

·       Providing additional on-site training support as required throughout the contract

·       Providing support to Applications Specialists and Engineers teams via workshops and individual mentoring

·       Work closely with global education team on development of new training material and e-learning content

·       Take full ownership of the Atellica training content and delivery mechanism in order that a reproducible and defined training package can be rolled out by wider members of organisation (Applications Specialists) as and when required

·       Develop local training material as and when required

·       Support Atellica Solution content and checklists within ProfilerLive tool

·       Support VIP days and reference site visits

·       Work closely with automation and IT teams during implementation and throughout lifetime of system

·       Ensuring that customers using our products are able to do so with maximum effectiveness and at optimum performance, thereby promoting customer loyalty to Siemens Healthineers goods and services

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience supporting Atellica Solution is preferable
  • The ideal candidate should be passionate about customer education and will ideally have been responsible for training delivery in a previous capacity
  • An appetite to develop innovative approaches to delivering training in a changing global environment is also desirable
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written, with the ability to deal with customers and staff at all levels.

A reasonable approach to travel and unsociable hours is required. Post installation Atellica training may require a prolonged period of time at a customer site (3-4 months) so the individuals are required to be flexible to travel and unsociable hours.

Occasional attendance of training courses and technical seminars in the UK and abroad may be required.
