Job Description

As a Customer Enablement and Solutions Program Manager, you will be chartered to lead, coordinate and drive cross-functional efforts in addressing eASIC business and technical needs within Intel Programmable Solutions Group (PSG). You will be responsible for driving top customer engagements strategically from design win to production.

The successful candidate will be expected to drive program schedule, comprehend internal and external challenges, assess risks, and identify solutions to efficiently achieve program goals while maintaining quality standards. Effective communication to a broad range of stakeholders will be vital in the role. The candidate should also have experience with technical concepts, development methods, and disciplines associated with the defined program.


 


    Qualifications

    Minimum Education Requirement:

    • BSEE (Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering), or equivalent, with 8+ years of engineering experience in FPGAs/ASIC.

    Minimum Required Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of Project Management experience in semiconductor space, with exposure to customer interface, cross-functional management, and risk management.

    Additional Preferred Qualifications:

    • Skills in defining expectations, removing barriers, receiving and providing feedback, effective communication, and presentation.
