Job Description

Role Purpose 职位目的:


As part of the administrative duties, you will be the key point of contact to manage travel, calendar and diary appointments, coordinate logistics for team meetings, expenses and other ad hoc requests as necessary.


To be successful in this role, you need to have strong communication and collaborative skills. Attention to detail and a high level of expertise in coordinating/administrative skills are required to be successful in this environment.

This role is an excellent opportunity to learn about the pharma environment.

  • Provide Support in Customer Insight Database Management
  • Assist Department Leads in verbal and written communication and agenda management
  • Assist in Project Management for Key Initiatives
  • Assist in Meeting Management and Action FUP
  • Assist Department Head to manage budget and expenses
  • Assist Digital, F2F, and SFE Managers to raise PO’s and Manage external vendors

Qualifications/Requirements: (Education / Experience / Competencies)

  • University degree, business, economy, financial or statistic background preferred

  • Open minded, good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Good ability to handle document management

  • Good skill in operating Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, PPT, etc.)

  • Fluent reading, written and spoken English and Mandarin
