What you will do
Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will directly reports to the Customer Engagement Solutions Lead with the following responsibilities.
- Building a data ecosystem where individual, private and public data can meet to enable better and more personalized care Implement new capabilities;
- Providing the best solutions for our customers;
- Develop the multichannel road map for Amgen in accordance with the subsidiary's objectives;
- Demonstrated ability to work alongside brand teams to ensure effective use of all channels;
- Lead the implementation and execution of multichannel campaigns ensuring all activities are aligned with brand objectives;
- Proactively make recommendations to brand teams to improve performance through analysis of data and market insights;
- Comprehensive management of Amgen's digital assets;
- Point of contact for brand teams, digital agencies, tech solution providers, Amgen service centers with respect to campaign planning, creation and implementation;
- Fostering multichannel culture by sharing best practices and creating internal awareness moments/events;
- Responsible for sending newsletters;
- Creation and implementation of performance metrics for evaluating the effectiveness of multichannel strategy;
- Understanding of regulatory, legal and compliance mechanisms specific to the pharmaceutical sector;
- Ability to identify risks related to digital activity in advance and propose solutions to mitigate them.
Outputs
- Implement new interaction and engagement solutions for stakeholders;
- Operationalise a new omnichannel Customer Engagement strategy.

- 2 + years of experience in Customer Engagement;
- Expertise in digital healthcare and digital healthcare solutions;
- Expertise organisational change management;
- Strong, influencing skills;
- Strong in building relationships internally & externally;
- Strong in shaping and strategic thinking;
- English proficiency required.
