#### Position Description:


The Data Center Group (DCG) Customer Engagement Messaging and Content Manger
is an important role with a direct impact on business results and how Lenovo
is perceived in the datacenter space. You will participate in the execution of
our marketing campaign strategy across our go to market execution for customer
briefings, sponsorships, events and campaigns. Utilize strong messaging skills
that span various datacenter product categories (servers, storage, software
and services) and solutions (i.e. hybrid cloud, big data, analytics, and edge
computing). Demonstrate strong presentation and project management skills with
the ability to work effectively in a team structure and think creatively.

Responsibilities
• Coordinate content planning for DCG customer engagements.
• Collaborate with your peers to align the messaging for our briefings, demos,
breakout sessions, booth theatre sessions and meeting topics.
o Identify and secure customer speakers in partnership with alliance team,
customer reference program manager and sales.
o Identify and secure internal subject matter experts, executives and alliance
partner speakers in partnership with alliance team and product marketing
colleagues.
 Drive the review process with customers, subject matter experts and alliance
partners for their presentations, providing the structure and feedback to
ensure that the presentations align to our key messaging.
o Supply the key messages and input brief for agency created assets (i.e.
customer invitations, brand awareness signage, social media assets, thank you
emails, etc.).
• Work with your peers to ensure achievement of deadlines, on-budget
execution, delivery of assets for pre- and post- communication.
• Create post-engagement executive summary charts with key messages and
initial results.
• Develop a strong working knowledge of Lenovo's Data Center products.

#### Position Requirements:


• Bachelor’s degree required, Masters preferred
• Project management experience and organizational skills including the
ability to set and drive requirements across multiple functional areas. CMP or
PMP certification a plus.
• Experience in B2B marketing communications in technology with a background
in datacenter products (servers, storage, software and services).
• Strong messaging and copy writing skills.
• Outstanding cross-group collaboration
• Experience working in a global marketing environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, verbal and written communication,
problem solving, and presentation skills are required.
• Ability to travel when required.
• Bilingual language skills; English is required (our global business
language)
