The Customer Engineer 1 (CE1) should be the demonstrated technical expertise. Applies the basic knowledge and skill including underlying professional principles or standards. Should frequently resolve problems through research of multiple alternatives. Provides installation, maintenance and repairs on equipment within an assigned territory/region to assure continuity of customer operations and high levels of customer satisfaction. The CE has ownership of customer problems or incidents until the situation has been resolved to the customer's satisfaction and or in compliance with agreed upon Service Level Agreements. The CE performs primarily work on client level desktop, notebook, networks, ATM .Primary service include installation, software support, hardware maintenance .
