Purpose Statement:
Work closely with the CEX head, you will be coordinating the implementation of CEx projects across NWA, and monitoring them, aiming to improve the business and planning processes across all brands and departments to add continuous improvement value placing the patient at the center.
Major Responsibilities:
- Support the development of strategies across NWA countries to review/improve business and strategic planning processes in order to improve general business performance. (Infield deployment, Structure fit, New Assets launches, tailored customer approaches ..etc);
- Train sales force and appropriate in-field roles on concepts, processes, methodology, and innovative systems (i.e. SFE, CRM, No Limits, etc.) to continuously improve performance;
- Be the point of contact on all related infield/ office based systems including and not limited to Veeva / sales force CRM ( MCCP, DIF, Tickets ), veeva Vault , ALC …etc.
- Prepare Ad-hoc reports, analysis, calculate KPI’s and provide the necessary dashboards to the relevant stakeholders;
- Work in collaboration with BTS/ Brand teams in order to support the Multichannel deployment in the countries;
- Assess performance against business KPIs, track record on sales incentive models for the Infield Team;
- Support market research efforts in order to support Commercial Operations teams to achieve higher marketing and sales impact;
- Coordinate with the brand teams the Brand Planning process plan and coordinate timelines/date commitments;
- Support internally and externally the PSP program implementation and follow up cross NWA countries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or equivalent;
- Relevant experience in sales, customer/ business excellence or project management roles;
- Ability to analyze data to leverage market insight from internal and external sources into powerful insights;
- Good knowledge of the healthcare environment and knowledge of commercial aspects;
- Experience working in collaboration with cross-functional teams and ability to lead, motivate and coordinate cross functional teams;
- High self-motivation and able to influence;
- Initiative and innovative mindset;
- Results oriented and ability to work under pressure;
- High communication skills and multitasking;
- Good mastering of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
- English language proficiency verbally and in writing.
