We are looking for a sales professional who can promote and sell ScentAir services over the phone, email and social media to new customers within a geographically or account specified defined area, with the objective to expand the customer base and achieve sales revenue targets

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• To actively close new business from inbound leads, penetrate existing accounts with assigned threshold through outbound calls to achieve target
• To own the on-time and successful existing contract renewal of all existing contracts.
• Partner with sales team to achieve contract renewal for Strategic Accounts
• Implement Customer Satisfaction Survey to collect generate customer insights. 
• Execute Lead Generation Programs
• Perform Lead Qualifications according to SOP
• Collaborate with APAC marketers in the periodical verticals audit and gathering of customer insights
• Work with internal stakeholders to develop a winning culture and embed the culture of accountability in daily activities.
• Lead and Own the customer complaints resolutions results and process
• Build opportunity pipeline by using salesforce to provide transparent and up-to-date view of opportunity pipeline of the region 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 3 years of direct inside sales experience
• Proven ‘sales hunter’ success managing and driving the complete sales cycle including contacting customers, generating interest, proposal writing, negotiations, closing opportunities, and post-sales follow-up
• Must have the drive to succeed and exceed sales quota
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese. Mandarin is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and CRM tools
