We are seeking a student with strong analytical skills to support our CX
program manager driving our Voice of the Customer program in EMEA and
supporting strategic initiatives.


What can you learn from us?

As Intern you will be responsible for:

\- Support the CX Program manager to run the EMEA CX program
\- Run customer data analytics
\- Revise customer contact data quality and segmentation
\- Support running voice of the customer programs

Language Requirements:
• Fluent English (spoken and written), German or French is considered as an
advantage

Technical Skills:
• Advanced Excel (Functions and Macros)
• Database reporting tools
• Survey management and statistics (advantage)
