Join our team now at Siemens Healthineers as Customer Experience Manager The Customer Experience Manager engages with both external and internal customers to identify and address barriers to adoption of the Siemens Healthineers Point of Care Portfolio. This role works collaboratively across the Siemens Healthineers organization interfacing with the Marketing, Sales, Communications (MSC) and Technical Organizations to bring services and solutions that will improve the overall Buy to Own sales lifecycle. This individual will enhance the overall customer experience for internal and external customers by acting as the business owner for all training activities, customer development initiatives, and supporting the expansion into new markets. This is an opportunity to a play a leading role in one of the fastest growing markets in the healthcare diagnostics industry. This Customer Experience Manager reports to the Sr. Director, Sales Operations for Siemens Healthineers Diagnostics. Responsibilities Drives specific projects to improve the operational efficiency of the POC Business Responsible for obtaining and acting on voice of customer by developing KPIs, reviewing feedback and developing action plans to address gaps identified in the field Optimizes the customer on-boarding experience by working cross-functionally to drive improved customer education experiences and introduce new offerings Acts as primary business contact for Sales Training to increase the clinical and product knowledge across the organization. Provides insights on portfolio expansion opportunities, including customer needs, and designs approaches to maximize opportunities and mitigate risks Orchestrate the Customer Experience by working collaboratively across the Siemens Healthineers organization to make sure the voice of POC is heard Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience 3-5 years of previous experience as a Point of Care Customer is highly desired (POC Coordinator, Lab Manager, RT Manager) Possesses superior knowledge of the medical device market and the healthcare environmental changes Ability to manage and drive projects to completion by leading without authority Experience with Process Redesign (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) Track record driving change, implementing solutions in a healthcare setting Demonstrates and applies advanced knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures for managing complex data driven marketing projects Possesses a highly analytical mind with excellent MS Excel Skills Excellent written, presentation and communication skills Strong objection handling and conflict resolution skills Possesses excellent interpersonal skills Must be able to travel 50% or more as required At Siemens Healthineers, we value those who dedicate their energy and passion to a greater cause.
