Responsibilities:

  • Lay down solid ground of service quality and reinforce the customer-centric service culture in HACN.
  • Handle customer opinions and seek improvement for the customer experience, including inner working procedure, channel service process, and etc.
  • Ensure the service quality and sales compliance via performing internal and external customer survey.
  • Take initiatives to look for ways to improve customer experience through utilizing banking resources and integrating collaborative efforts.


Requirements:

  • University degree or above;
  • Over 10 years’ experience in Bank's Customer experience related business;
  • Proficiency in Chinese and English;
  • Good communication skills, self-motivated and ability to work independently and withstand pressure.
