Job Description
  • Seeks to understand the current, end to end, global LSG customer experience, business plans and future expectations.
  • Supports the customer experience strategy by involvement in key projects, worskstreams and continuous improvement activities to optimize the organization’s customer experience
  • Supports daily maintenance and deployment activities for Customer Allegiance Score (CAS) program and Voice of Customer (VOC) activities
  • Liaises as needed with key functions such as planning, quality, supply chain, eBusiness, manufacturing, distribution, IT, service, support and customer care
  • Supports customer experience recognition programs
  • Interacts with external customers as needed
  • Creates a culture of accountability and continuous improvement via routine employee interactions.
  • Presents/communicates findings, results and other details to direct team and stakeholders
  • Other duties as assigned.
