The Customer Experience (CX )Systems) Advisor – Pet Parent Experience Team will be part of the pioneer team spearheading customer experience automation within Mars Petcare. This role will curate an automated, customer-specific experience for our pet parents by maximizing usage of our existing customer-facing technology platforms while further investigating new-emerging digital customer support technologies to reinvent the shopper experience.

 

We’re looking for an individual with a successful track record in improving system processes and adopting customer-focused CRM platforms, such as Salesforce Service Cloud, Telephony, and social media monitoring/response systems, to identify, develop and deploy new shopping solutions for pet owners. This position will be working closely with our Pet Parent Experience (PPX) Center of Excellent, Digital Marketing, and Digital Technology teams to create the shopping experience for pet parents of the future!

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of technology platforms to cultivate an excellent pet parent experience. 
  • Responsible for staying on top of best practices in consumer technology while ensuring pet parent teams are equipped with what they need to drive trust, remain relevant, and create mutual value experiences.
  • Supports the full global Center of Excellence in service of the markets, providing strategic and real-time technology optimization.
  • Partner with key functions including marketing, CMI, Sales, R&D, Quality, Legal, P&O, S&F, and e-Commerce to ensure technology is best in class and up-to-date.
  • Work in partnership with DTC and innovation workstreams to implement new technology and integrations.
  • Work with third-party vendors to assess, identify, and implement new technology solutions strategies to improve the pet parent experience and pet parent team experience.
  • Ensure compliance across markets.

 

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as Salesforce administration (or similar role)
  • Demonstrated professional record of continual audit, analysis, and gap identification in technology flow.
  • Experienced in identifying and prioritizing large scale projects with mutual benefits.
  • Proven decision-making skills and ability to deal with ambiguity in development of new projects/workstreams
  • Positive, service-oriented attitude with consumer service experience preferred
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across all levels and functions in the organization.
