1. Responsible for Sales Support & Customer Service OES(Original Equipment aftermarket Service) including:

- Timely & accurate Sales order processing, pro-active management of customer backlogs & communication to customers on status of delivery.

- Work independently as all logistics contact window to OE customers.

- Overall OES customer support team coordination, including timely escalation on critical customer demands.

- Actively discussing with customers on logistics/supply chain process improvements.

- Internal company cross team/ departmental co-ordination, including lean process/administration implementation.

- Integrate new customers into the Bosch organization. E.g. familiarization of business process.

2. Key Performance Indicators (KPI) Reporting.

3. Special projects / assignments or ad-hoc tasks will be assigned accordingly.

4. Owner and coach-er in team/department for digitization.

1. Bachelor degree or above in supply chain area.

2. Have working experience (min 3 years) in customer service, demand planning, and/or logistics related function.

3. Strong team player, pro-active, flexible, self-motivated, willing to take additional responsibilities, entrepreneurship, ability to influence, eye for details, able to work under pressure, structure and out of thinking and able to work independently.

4. SAP knowledge is preferred.

5. Analytical and intellectual competency: Advance (Champion) Excel, PPT etc. MS office skills; other skills highly preferred as RPA, ACCESS, MACRO etc.

6. Very good communication skills.

7. Strong written and oral English communication skills
