Job Description
- Work as independent contact window for key account customers
- Customer order behavior monitoring and KPI follow up
- Manage external customer and internal order to cash related requirements
- Attend regular S&OP meeting and sales meeting
- Responsible for customer rebate calculation and credit memo orders for rebate usage
- Share recurring problems with the relevant internal partners in order to find solutions and improve service level
- Lead order to cash process optimization
- Customer claims management by coordinating with different functional teams
- Act as key user for Bosch exchange process and others
- All kinds of analysis reports and data support
- Support internal projects
- Complete other tasks assigned by line manager
Qualifications
- At least 2 years working experience in supply chain related function, auto industry experience is preferred
- Bachelor Degree or above
- Have the end to end supply chain knowledge
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into high-level analysis
- Familiar with SAP system and Excel/PPT/Power BI office software
- Fluent in English (international environment)
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Good team player with effective communication both internal and external
