Job Description
1) Communicate with customer on orders and delivery;
2) Forward customer’s information to other related Dept;
3) Establish shipment plan to fulfill delivery on time;
4) Investigate and analyze customer satisfaction.
5) Purchase order review;
6) Manage goods in warehouse;
7) Shipping products and customs declaration;
8) Establish and implement corrective and preventive actions, and manage quality records；
