Job Description
1. To assist department manager in various activities
2. To provide services to guests, such as luggage service, guests shuttle service, butler service, recommend specialty restaurants, tour guide, shopping guide and so on.
3. To assist managers in handling guest complaints.
4. To Maintain personal and professional image, improve the individual's professional knowledge, skills and quality of services with other departments
5. Guest services management and control activities, and making relevant records.
6. Responsible for the preparatory work before the guests arrive, guide guests to their room and timely delivery of special services.
7. Maintain harmonious relations with the team and co-perate for successfull baggage delivery,
8. Responsible for travel agencies, marketing, front office work, timely communication, understanding arrive in and Check out time and greet the guests on arrival.
9.To ensure that every guest to the resort can get immediate service
10.Get a feedback from the guests during their stay, guests understand consumer demand, and timely coordination with relevant departments. Understanding Guests' requirements specifically and communicate to relevant depart for quick resolution.
11.Accurate understanding of the resort's products, the local tourism and business and other information, recommend service product to the resort's guests.
