Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Support clients in providing legal advice within the framework of company activities;
• Conduct verbal and written negotiations with clients;
• File management
Provide advice to clients on registering companies/representative offices in China and Hong Kong;
Negotiate on tax issues and the Labor Law of the People's Republic of China;
Communicate with Chinese employees, agents, and partners on company registration, accounting, and auditing issues;
Carry out work within the framework of export financing projects;
Participate in marketing projects in China;
Collaborate with legislative frameworks to prepare for negotiations, registration, and contracts;
• Travel and negotiate with clients, attend exhibitions,
Other instructions related to the positions held by management personnel and employees.


Requirement:
Having higher education in the field of international trade/law, preferably pursuing a master's degree in China;
Have at least 2 years of work experience in the field of international trade/law/consulting within China;
• Chinese speaking and writing (advanced) and English (intermediate level);
• Team/teamwork skills;
Ability to communicate with Chinese companies (personal and telephone);
• Able to quickly complete tasks in a short period of time; Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Russian nationality (preferably);
Confident PC users (MS Office, Word, Excel, etc.);
Sense of responsibility, mindfulness, communication skills, execution ability, learning ability, and positive attitude towards life
