Responsible for driving lifetime customer value through end-to-end management of customer programs/campaigns geared towards increasing product ownership of existing customers.

A member of the Customer Value Maximization team in the Customer Champions Agile Tribe.

Helps build existing customer repurchase strategy to align with the overall company direction and business objectives

Leads the planning and implementation of existing customer resell, recapture, up-sell, and cross-sell campaigns to ensure timely and quality delivery of campaign requirements

  • Campaign Concept Development which includes identifying appropriate Customer Segments and relevant offer
  • Campaign Planning & Implementation which includes adapting the relevant customer journey, setting up guidelines, process and system support, and briefing key stakeholders for communication and distribution training support
  • Post-campaign Review and Analyses

Oversee the leads management process to ensure timeliness of handling and effective turnover of leads to Distribution, which includes the

  • Distribution of leads to the appropriate sales channels
  • Development of marketing tools including but not limited to sales scripts, flyers, presentations, etc. that will equip distribution in converting the leads
  • Tracking and monitoring of leads conversion in a regular and timely manager

Collaborate with the ff internal stakeholders in the planning and delivery of the programs/campaign to ensure effective: Distribution, Customer Analytics, Products, Customer Experience, Branding & Communications, Operations, Finance Manage budget and evaluate the programs’ overall performance to ensure that company’s resources are fully maximized. Implement all management policies and enforce the proper administrative action, as may be necessary. Lead projects as assigned to meet operational and/or strategic goals.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Education – Graduate of a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or any related field.
  • Experience – At least 5 years of relevant work experience focused on existing customer campaignsIn depth knowledge and experience of life insurance, an advantage
  • Knowledgeable in marketing communications
  • Excellent strategic, leadership, analytical skills, problem solving skills, project management, oral and written communication skills
