Key Responsibilities/职位描述

1. Develop Key Accounts Strategy and Annual Plan

  • Develop annual plan and quarterly focus for Key Accounts basing on customer needs
  • Adapt company focus into customer focus and develop co-cooperative plan to educate pet owners in order to achieve high business growth

2. Support Sales Team to Implement NKA Campaign and Activates

  • Develop related marketing tools for Key Accounts campaign/activates
  • Tracking campaign/activates performance and improve if needed
  • Summarize MKT/Finance performance after NKA campaign/activates.

3. Support NKA Educational Program to Enhance Nutrition Prescription

  • Facilitate NKA Sales team to provide high quality educational program

4. Control NKA Activity budget and expenses

  • Plan NKA A&CP together with NKA Sales team
  • Tracking expenses progress and ROI

 


Qualifications/任职条件 

  • Bachelor degree or above with Veterinary or Marketing or Digital background
  • Good communication skill and good command of English
  • Good PPT and EXCEL skills
  • More than 5 years in Pet Industry and 2 years marketing experience is better
  • Clinical Veterinary Industrial Experience is in advance
  • Strategic thinking and good planning skill
  • Rich of Veterinary Knowledge
  • Familiar with Pet Industry and has own insights
