Customer Master Record Support Analyst

Job Description
#### Position Description:
\- The key responsibilities will be to support the Assurance and Activation
Specialist when a new customer to Lenovo is won, set-up of CMR’s for indirect
customers and SAP contract Support.
\- This support will include using the appropriate software systems to set up
customer master records, documenting appropriate details in required
databases, dealing with change requests and requesting the necessary SAP
contracts, credit levels, enterprise tables to be set up.
\- The role of SAP Contract Support involves the creation and maintenance of
SAP contracts for the purposes of enabling Customer orders to be processed and
Customer websites to be maintained.
\- This support will include using the appropriate software systems to set up
SAP contracts and deal with change requests.
\- It will also be necessary to work with the Activation Support team and
appropriate order desks to ensure any orders that are not loaded in the system
due to SAP Contract related issues are investigated and resolved quickly.
\- Maintaining high Data quality as these flow to many other teams and
processes like ordering, logistic, claims etc.
\- Solving and providing guidance on ad-hoc requests coming from different
teams related to CMRs (Customer Master Record).
#### Position Requirements:
\- University education (can be a graduate)
\- Ability to work with various software packages (e.g. MS Office) - Excel
advanced
\- Fluent English (spoken and written)
\- The successful applicant must be a Team player, show enthusiasm to change
and adapt accordingly.
\- Numerate and a good communicator with an enquiring mind and an aptitude for
problem solving
\- Able to work well in a team but have the ability to work under their own
initiative
\- Maintain service levels required for optimum customer satisfaction
\- Excellent communication skills
\- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
\- Proactive & dedicated team player, ability to work in small team and a
wider global team to meet customer requirements.
\- Ability to quickly grasp complex systems, procedures etc.
\- Attention to details
\- Precise and analytical thinking
\- SQL writing queries - welcome
Base gross monthly salary from 1150 EUR, depending on experience + variable
part
