Job Title: IP Services Customer Operations Coordinator
Location: Chalfont St. Peter (Hybrid Role: 2 days in the Office - 3 days from Home)
 
About The Role:

The IP Services Customer Operations Coordinator will be part of our patent operations team based at our Head Office in Chalfont St Peter, Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire. Working as part of a team, the IP Services Customer Operations Coordinator oversees the client side of the translation & filing process, ensuring everyone is aware of the client’s requirements. This is a highly administrative, client-facing role where accuracy and efficiency are paramount, and where a basic understanding of patent filing formalities will be developed
 
Responsibilities:

* Co-operation with Customer Care Team and Sales support team to ensure excellent customer service.
* Providing quotations to clients in collaboration with Sales support & other internal teams.
* Interpretation of client requirements to create internal instructions for colleagues at all stages of the process.
* Swift resolution of issues arising throughout the process.
* Understanding of and adherence to the relevant patent processes and timelines
* Provision of instructions to ensure timely invoicing of completed work.
* Co-operation with Sales support team to identify potential expansion of services.
 
Requirements:

* Previous administration experience
* Ability to work under pressure and experience of workload prioritisation
* Ability to multi-task
* Strong attention to detail
* Strong customer service focus
* Ability to deal courteously and efficiently with a wide range of people
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Knowledge of another language to A level proficiency or above would be an advantage.
