Job Description
Position Description:
• Responsible to support Lenovo customers (Large Enterprise Direct, Mid-
Market, Small/Medium Business, Business Partner, Consumer)
• Manage order creation process and responsible to fix orders and ensure place
them according our SLA.
• Comply with business control process to be audit compliant
• CSAT cases. Ability to solve customer inquiries, investigate and follow
cases in detail until bring a solution to satisfy our customers needs.
• Accurate documentation of all customer interactions and follow up
• Backlog Management, pulling of and analyzing reports
#### Position Requirements:
• Customer Service skills
• Ownership and willingness to help customers
• Proactive manage of solutions and alternatives to resolve situations
• Proficient English language with solid verbal and written communication
skills
• Manage Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel
• SAP Knowledge is a PLUS
• Must be self driven and can work independently while focused on delivering
set objectives
• Must have ability to work in a fast paced environment and multi-task
quickly and efficiently
• Prior experience in a Global Company is a plus
• Preference given to candidates with Bachelors degree
