Job Description
Main Accountabilities:
1.To monitor the reagent and instrument sales order status and shipment.
2.To make sure the goods on time delivery accurately
3.To communicate with customer order status
4.To validate Contract and L/C terms and conditions.
5.To inform and work with sales team about the order situation.
6.Other tasks as defined in related company procedure, or assigned by the direct manager.

Typical Studies-Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
1.Studies-Experience:
  • Bachelor, major in supply chain, commercial administration, logistics or international trading preferred
  • Supply Chain, Logistics, order processing relative experience 3+ Years
2.Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and be flexible
  • Familiar with workflow of back office operation
  • Familiar with ERP-SAP, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
