Role Summary:
Full - Time Regular
An opening for Customer Order and Fulfilment Specialist based in Beijing, China. The position will support the Services Division.
Essential Responsibilities
- Working with account managers, GDS, supply chain/logistics for contract delivery and tracking
- Supporting account managers for tender process
- Working with commercial team and supporting account managers for contracting process

Tracking operation data for sold customer tools
- The position will be based in Beijing, however may require travel to other customer locations
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

At least 2 years of working experience in related field.

Familiar with Microsoft tools (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Execel)

Fluent in spoken and written in English language.

Prior experience in SAP system will be highly preferred.
Desired Characteristics:
Great communication skills and able to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
