Responsibilities: ? Lead multi-functional project teams, to meet customer and business expectations for performance, quality, capability, cost and timing ? Lead the team to identify, understand and mitigate risks to project timing, product cost, quality and reliability

? Plan projects for new product launches and running changes, according to New Product Introduction process(NPI) phases 3-6 ? Is accountable for planning and achievement of expected target for the projects (Timing, Cost/OpInc, CAPEX, Capacity, PPM, …) ? Communicate directly with customers to align timing plans, share schedule risk information, and escalate critical issues ? Drive engineering, manufacturing and communication activities through launch, with special focus on critical path tasks ? Lead periodic reviews of open projects with the Team, and drive actions where are required to meet project goals ? Report the status of projects to the customer and internal organization, escalating issues through defined processes ? Organize cross-functional reviews of product designs and drawings to ensure design for manufacture, quality and reliability ? Prepare and issue key control documentation ? Ensure communication with plants and other functions, through presentations of projects at key milestones ? Co-ordinate the supply-chain from supplier to customer through pre-series, PPAP and Start of Production ? Lead the hand-over of new products to plant management and operations functions ? Lead the closure of completed programs, providing data on actual performance vs plan, and capturing lessons-learned ? Ensure confidentiality of commercially sensitive information, and compliance to business procedures.

Qualifications:

? Technical or Business Degree, or Equivalent ? Experience in product development, manufacturing engineering, quality or operations, or in Friction Materials technology ? Experience in managing complex projects with multiple goals of time, cost and quality ? Knowledge/Trained in project management tools and techniques. Familiar with project management software ? Fluent English language as a minimum
