Responsibilities:
l.Take part in product project approval and initiation.
2.Visit customers and manage customers’ needs.
3.Coordinate such departments as R&D to treat customers’ technical problems.
4.Track and treat customers’ related needs and their complaints.
Qualifications/requirements：
1.Strong ability in interpersonal and customer communication & coordination; good ability of organization, coordination, communication; able to analyze and solve problems.
2.Have project management theory and experience.
3.Be familiar with project management methods and management tools.
4.Be active, initiative, flexible, conscientious, responsible, honest and prudent.
5.Customer oriented.
6.Be highly responsible and principled; work well under pressure.
7.Work experience in mobile project management, mobile project customer management and mobile software & hardware testing is preferred.
8.Team work spirit; able to work under pressure; proactive, responsible
9.Work experience: > 1 year.
