Job Summary:

We are now looking for a Customer Project Manager to leadassigned customer projects securing that project goals are met; customer’sexpectations are fulfilled and that the customer relation is handled in thebest possible way within the scope of the contract.

JobResponsibilities:

• You will establish the project plan baseline: define project scope, secure thenecessary resources and plans and monitor all activities

• Drive project execution:track project activities, monitor and handle changes, conflicts and criticalissues

• Handle customer andpartner engagement: manage customer relationship building confidence and trust,ensure project progress arranging meetings and customer events

• Handle project finance:ensure financial system monitoring

• Develop the business:participate to contract preparation and to pre-sales meeting

• Develop the CPMdiscipline: simplify processes, methods and tools with creative ideas

KeyQualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree inTelecommunication or Electronic Engineering, at least 3 years’ experience inTelecommunication area. Chinese is a must while proficiency with the EnglishLanguage

• Good knowledge of Radionetwork (2G, 3G, 4G), and familiar with 5G product portfolios/applicationscenarios. Business Understanding, familiar with 5G/IoT and Cloud industrychain and market status

• Good Market and customerinsight, high competence on business-oriented customer engagement and influenceskill, familiar with sales process, occupational Health & Safety (OHS),security and compliance policy of Ericsson.

• Good experience on projectmanagement on both HW/SW and service delivery, familiar with project managementof iterative and agile development

• Good scope managementexperience on large scale of project, familiar with change request process andmanagement.

• Good communicationcompetence to setup and manage virtual team from different functions and areas.High collaboration sense to lead / supervise/ plan and organize resource toachieve project target and win customer satisfaction.

Additional Requirements:

• PMI certifications - TheCPM is expected to be certified on the job stage that she/he holds

• Master on Ericsson PROPS-Cprocess

• Profound understanding onEricsson Sales Process

• Contract management

• 3rd pp suppliers’management experience

• Basic concept to agileproject management

• Basic knowledge ofdevelops
