This exciting role offers opportunity to:
- Support Quality manager and QE supervisor to implement Quality assurance plan to ensure flow consistent with established industry standards, government regulations and customer requirements in responsibility products.
- Manage key account customer inputs and deliver results to improve customer satisfaction and experience. Manage customer quality issues - timely containment, communication and resolution according to customer applicaiton.
- Lead custoemr quality, process quality issue analysis and improvement, monitor the performance and drive continue improvement to achieve the goals.
- Lead quality planning of NPD project. Monitor the quality risks of NPD project. Push the product design and process design improvement.
- To drive internal teams for root cause analysis, corrective/ preventive actions for quality improvement for mature production.

Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above. Preferred major in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Manufacturing/production related field.
Technical knowledge: Knowledge of electronic manufacturing and assembly. - Knowledgeable in the application of Product/Process standards of Customer Quality Requirements.
- Analytical/Statistical Tools & Methods – the knowledge of a wide range of problem solving tools and methods including statistics, combined with the ability to select and apply them to make data based decisions to sustain higher levels of process or product quality, for example: 8D Analysis.
- Product/Process Quality Planning (Advanced Quality Planning; AQP) - the ability to strategically define the Critical to Quality elements of a product/process, and the knowledge to effectively analyze, assess and mitigate the risks associated with any potential failures.
- Ability to communicate at various levels – both internally and with the customer.
- Fluent in oral and written English
