1. Enhance customers' satisfaction on Avery Dennison by increasing the responsiveness to customers' request
2. Tighten the connection between RBO sales and internal functions (CS, OM, Ops & TQ) in South China site
3. Facilitate the execution on projects
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- To understand RBO buying office on service, delivery and quality requirement and accordingly work with our internal department to provide solution to meet RBO buying office's needs.
- Obtain and understand RBO buying office forecast/production planning and share with Supply Chain team and Operations for material, capacity planning and inventory management.
- 3Understand RBO buying office/originated country service requirement and follow through to ensure that ROs are ready to service customer as committed.
- Conduct analysis to support sales team with data/information so that appropriate selling strategies can be decided and opportunities pursued.
- Support ad hoc sales project to drive business.
Qualifications
WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:
- Preferred account servicing/sales experience in a manufacturing company, preferably with Trim / Garment experience.
- Fluent in written and spoken English, and Mandarin.
- Good selling , solution provider and negotiation skills.
- Good problem solving skills and have strong risk management skill.
- Proactive and with good communication & interpersonal skills. Good team player.
- Detail minded and result oriented.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight timeline.
