If you are professional, friendly and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, then Mercedes-Benz Retail group needs you. Confident in speaking to customers as they enter our Retail Group dealerships, you will be the first step in their Mercedes-Benz journey. You will provide an exceptional experience to our customers within the showroom, facilitating a smooth and timely transfer for the customer through each stage of their enquiry and sales process.


You will welcome all customers who enter the showroom throughout the day, as well as maintaining a working overview of all appointments, showing a personalised and friendly approach to all. You will manage the flow of customers to ensure wait times are kept to a minimum: introducing customers to sales executives, organising visitors for the service department, and collecting speculative customer details.


Please note this position will be based at our Temple Fortune site on Finchley Road in London.  The working hours will be 10:00am-7:00pm and the hourly rate is £10.33 – this is a permanent position.


You’ll also:
- Keep the dealership clean and tidy within the Mercedes-Benz guidelines
- Accurately collect the customer’s details and brief the Star Expert/Sales Executive prior to introducing them to the customer.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system to ensure the entire customer journey is tracked at all times.
- Provide information to the Sales Managers each day detailing the appointments/walk ins so that these can be followed up to make certain that all lead opportunities have been maximised.
What we need from you.


We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering expert customer service with experience within retail, hospitality or a contact centre environment.


You will be articulate, with strong communication and be confident in interacting with a variety of customers. You will always maintain a professional, but friendly approach and use emotional intelligence to adjust your tone to individual customers. You will be able to work under your own initiative and multi-task whilst maintaining a calm demeanour. Ideally you will have an interest in the brand and demonstrate a curiosity to learn about our ever change range.
