Job Description
Job Title: Customer Relations Executive
Location: Huangpu District, Shanghai
Job Overview: We are looking for a Customer Relations Executive to maintain high service standards and act as our hotel brand ambassador. You will create positive first impressions by greeting and assisting guests upon arrival.
Key Responsibilities:
Anticipate and address guest needs proactively.
Collect and manage guest feedback to improve satisfaction.
Introduce guests to hotel facilities, room types, and dining options.
Train staff on the Hilton Honors program for loyalty recognition.
Communicate effectively with all hotel departments.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies and hygiene standards.
Conduct room checks for VIP guests before their arrival.
Requirements:
Fluent in English and Russian; Chinese proficiency is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work shifts (7-16 / 14-23) totaling 40 hours per week.
Awareness of cultural differences to serve diverse guests.
Benefits:
Monthly salary of 11,000 - 12,000 RMB.
10 days of paid annual leave, increasing by one day each year.
