• Client: A Telecommunication Service Provider
• Position: Customer Relations Executive
• Responsibilities:
  • Warm call and meeting existing corporate clients for service contract renewal
  • Update clients on company products to explore for new business opportunities
• $16-18K basic + commission. 5-day, medical, bonus

Requirements

• Diploma or above
• Min. 1 year front line / call center / sales experience
• Experience in telecommunication services or related products will be an advantage but not a must
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English, Putonghua
