Eaton’s Marketing Commercial Operations Division is currently seeking a Customer Relationship Manager – Senior Analyst. This is a remote role. Position Overview: The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Senior Analyst is responsible for the business ownership of the Siebel C360 Customer Relationship Management program for Electrical Sector Americas. As a critical member of the Business Analytics and Sales Excellence Team, this role will be accountable supporting ongoing C360 program management for North American Sales, Latin America, Canada, Crouse-Hinds as well as data migration and clean up efforts needed for transition to the Salesforce Program. In this function you will: You will lead onboarding activities for new hires including granting access, setting up user profile, and system training. You will drive continuous improvement efforts such as list of value updates and strategic initiative tracking to ensure C360 system continues to meet the needs of the business You will provide guidance on new user set-ups/existing user modifications to ensure proper alignment for the sales teams. You will indirectly manage the C360 related activities for (2) support resources. Host weekly, daily meetings as necessary to ensure C360 customer support You will oversee C360 inbox support request activity and ensure timely resolution of user requests. You will oversee monthly Rep Reporting activities (creating pipeline reports for all of our 125+ reps, communicating that out to them, soliciting feedback/updates, processing and manually modifying C360 with all updates/inputs received from those reps) You will understand PowerBI Pipeline reporting in order to support the development of improvement ideas through C360 user feedback in partnership with Elixir Program owner. You will partner with IT to investigate quality issues and lead or participate in teams to resolve issues. You will lead Bidman/CPQ to C360 sync efforts (troubleshooting, improvements, etc) You will implement and proactively maintain data quality and cleansing activities and oversee activities including updating contacts, accounts, making merges as necessary. You will provide transition support to the Salesforce platform in the form of data migration, cut over support, training and Q&A as a secondary responsibility. You will support sales process mapping and continuous improvement efforts to drive sales excellence Why work at Eaton? Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. Minimum 3 years of experience in IT, sales, customer support and/or prior super user of CRM or similar software programs Management (CRM) program administration Sponsorship is not available. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without requiring company sponsorship. Preferred qualifications: Strong Knowledge of Business Processes and IT solutions used in Eaton's North American Sales/Marketing and Commercial Operations organization within respective role experience. Process Mapping knowledge. Group meeting facilitation experience.
