Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide sales and customer services support to high net-worth clients and the sales team
  • Upkeep relationship with existing clients and promote cross-selling initiatives including traditional life products
  • Provide sales administrative support including new business follow-up and maintain good record keeping
  • Prepare sales materialsand relevant sales reports
  • Communicate and coordinate operational activities with regional offices and business partners
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned  

Requirements:

  • University graduate with degree in Economics, Business Administration or related discipline
  • At least 3 years relevant working experience, preferably in banking or financial industry (less experience applicants will be considered as Relationship Officer)
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluent in Mandarin is advantage
  • Computer literate in MS Office including Chinese word processing
  • Customer focused, people-oriented, positive attitude, outgoing, proactive and good problem solving skills
