Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide sales and customer services support to high net-worth clients and the sales team
- Upkeep relationship with existing clients and promote cross-selling initiatives including traditional life products
- Provide sales administrative support including new business follow-up and maintain good record keeping
- Prepare sales materialsand relevant sales reports
- Communicate and coordinate operational activities with regional offices and business partners
- Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- University graduate with degree in Economics, Business Administration or related discipline
- At least 3 years relevant working experience, preferably in banking or financial industry (less experience applicants will be considered as Relationship Officer)
- Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluent in Mandarin is advantage
- Computer literate in MS Office including Chinese word processing
- Customer focused, people-oriented, positive attitude, outgoing, proactive and good problem solving skills
