You will be responsible for the full execution and performance of the B2B & B2C Relationship Marketing activities within your designated customer segment, across the Northern European market, spanning 31 countries. You will take care of all operational CRM/GRM-activities, including email marketing, APP push notifications and SMS messaging - for both the regional, local and global sending's - the lifecycle emails as well as (re-) activation of inactive customers.

Here is a snapshot at some of the responsibilities you will hold:

  • Taking care of all day-to-day operations for our Guest Relationship Marketing-activities for a designated customer segment across the Northern European region
  • Managing and coordinating our agencies and copywriters to create target group-relevant content, according to our customer segmentation strategy, brand TOV and -guidelines
  • Ensuring a continuous performance measurement and subsequent improvement of various KPIs such as success rate, opening rate, click rate, reactivity rate, conversion rate and revenue
  • Establishing regular A/B testing within our ICP schedule to help further foster a “test & learn”-approach within our team
  • Supporting translation and validation activity across all web levers and languages
  • Coordination and exchange with other teams within the Sales- and Marketing-organisation, particularly with eMerchandising, SEO & Content Management, the different Brands, Marketing, Loyalty, Revenue Management, BI, Sales and E-Commerce

Your experience and skills include: 

  • Min. of 2 years’ experience within the CRM/GRM, Loyalty and/or Marketing field
  • Advanced English is a must, any additional European language will be a plus
  • Strong analytical mind-set and organization skills
  • Communication skills and a customer-centric approach 
  • Experience within the Tourism and/or Hospitality sector will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of tools such as: Google Analytics, PowerBI, Tableau
  • Knowledge of common E-Mail Provider Tools, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Campaign will be a big advantage
