Job Duties
To accomplish their goal of building customer satisfaction and loyalty, Customer Relationship Officers perform a variety of tasks. Among the primary ones we identified from our analysis of job listings are:

Experience & Qualifications
- Welcome fresh graduates
- HKCE/ DSE level or above (Chinese or English + Mathematics inclusive)
- 1+ years of customer service experience preferred but not a must
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Fluent in Cantonese, English and Putonghua
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- A team player
- Excellent service attitude and able to follow through on commitments to customers
- Open-minded and Out-going personality
- Great sense of responsibility
