Job Duties

To accomplish their goal of building customer satisfaction and loyalty, Customer Relationship Officers perform a variety of tasks. Among the primary ones we identified from our analysis of job listings are:

• Handle and resolve customer queries and requests on products or individual portfolios and provide services in a professional manner with tactful customer service skill
• Cooperate with other team members to ensure timely resolution of customer requests and problems
• Provide support to management and recommend productivity/service improvements.

Experience & Qualifications

• Welcome fresh graduates
• HKCE/ DSE level or above (Chinese or English + Mathematics inclusive）
• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred but not a must
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Putonghua
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• A team player
• Excellent service attitude and able to follow through on commitments to customers
• Open-minded and Out-going personality
• Great sense of responsibility
