Working Location: Tin Hau

Working Hour: Mon - Fri (9am - 6pm / 10am - 7pm)

Responsibilities:

• Respond to email inquiries and phone calls (inbound / outbound) related to MPF issues
• Handle customer complaint and provide "options & solutions" to settle the case with customer satisfactory
• Provide clerical and administration support to the team
• Collect customers’ feedback and improve service quality continuously

Requirements:

• HKDSE / HKALE or above, with 1 year+ experience in CS or hotline service
• With basic MPF knowledge
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good communication skills and customer-oriented
• Independent and able to work under pressure
