Job Description
Responsibilities:
Customer Representative Manager is accountable for :
- Developing and executing sales strategies to meet & achieve sales target
- Achieving and sustaining measurable results and fully maximize the KPIs and production levels of the staff
- To lead, direct, evaluate and develop the sales staff in order to guide them towards optimum sales performance
- Managing forecasts and repots on team performance
- Analyzing sales results and market dynamics and generating recommendations for improving sales
- Helping to retaining members by analyzing customer feedback that may stem from sales process and improving the sales process
- Building teamwork, coaching individuals including sales training
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline with 10 years relevant working experience
- Successful sales track record in the international market
- Proven leadership and management skills; ability to develop relationships with key external and internal clients
- Confident and meticulous with strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead, coach, motivate, negotiate and is experience in working effectively with all functions management

岗位要求:
- 市场营销、工商管理或相关专业本科,10 年以上相关工作经验
- 国际市场成功销售经历
- 良好的领导和管理能力,与关键外部内客户建立系良好关系 。
- 自信细致,具有较强的组织和分析能力
- 具有在快节奏工作环境中完成多项任务的能力
- 良好的沟通(包括中英文口头和书面)人际交往能力
- 具备领导、培训、激励、谈判的能力,并有效地与所职部门合作
