You will be the primary contact for our Short Lines customers and responsible for their orders beginning with the input through the cash management steps. What your day-to-day will look like: Preparing, reviewing, revising, and booking customer orders - checking for consistency and completeness with all concerned parties Deploy detailed knowledge about our parts catalog (update as necessary) Ensuring timely shipment and billing of equipment Work with factory and product marketing groups to resolve configurations and technical changes.
