JOB PURPOSE
  • Assist and support outside sales in the sales task management (sales leads administration and CRM)
  • Participate in accounts qualification
  • Manage appointments for outside sales. Reply enquiries and quotes to existing accounts/ prospects
  • Prepare presentations and SOP (design and/ or formalization) for new projects



KEY JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Participate in prospect account qualification (mapping, sales calls)
  • Assist and support Outside Sales in his/her daily sales activities (presentations, quotations…)
  • Elaborate quotations with the Outside Sales approval
  • Communicate to Outside Sales all useful sales information needed for sales portfolio management
  • Maintain and update the requested performance indicators
  • Sales lead administration (CRM, follow up, credit application)
  • Other tasks assigned by manager


BASIC SKILL LEVEL REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum 1 year sales support experience in FFW, general knowledge for both AF & SF
  • Good command of English
  • Quotation for LCL Sea Import knowledge
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • CRM knowledge preferred
  • Familiar with PPT
