Job Description

As part of the Customer and Sales Excellence (CSE) Digital Capabilities and Customer Scale team, you will play the lead role in defining business process, governance structure and business information for a broad portfolio of projects and programs under the Customer Scale umbrella - cutting across foundational capabilities, seller enablement and customer experiences.

The Customer Scale Digital Transformation is a multi-year, multi-million dollar investment in key transformation programs across SMG and IT to deliver scale and efficiency enabling future revenue growth goals while holding costs flat.

As a successful candidate in this role, you will develop an integrated view of enterprise processes supporting sales, marketing and customer using a repeatable approach, cohesive framework, and available industry standard techniques.

Responsibilities may include but not be limited to:

  • Develop a business architecture strategy to support Customer Scale Digital Transformation goals, efficient operations and consistency in business process definition and implementation

  • Build and harmonize business and system processes around standards with IT and SMG experts/owners necessary to land and operationalize within Intel business capabilities.

  • Applying a structured business architecture approach and methodology, define the set of core and support processes that connect across functional and organizational boundaries to manage business functions Identify core processes and data for customer, seller and partner entities, and develop an integrated view across these areas

  • Define shared data across the enterprise needed and generated by these processes, organization and individual role alignment to manage data effectively

  • Establish a CSE Center of Excellence to establish and disseminate standard business process development and implementation methodologies using industry best practices

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business ,Information Technology or any related discipline or field.

  • 5+ years of experience in:

- Process design and implementation, with an emphasis on large-enterprise business process design and engineering, requirements capture, and quality assurance.

-Knowledge of industry-leading models and tools to plan, develop and deploy process within business and IT organizations

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Sales, Marketing or Information Technology discipline as a plus.

  • Business Process Management Certification.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
