Customer Consultation Supervisor for US territory

Duties
• Answering inbound telephone calls majority from North America customers
• Managing and helping the customer's needs
• Assisting customers participating in our compensation surveys.
• Explaining compensation and benefit terminology to customers.
• Answering customer questions about how to navigate through our online platform.
• Helping the customer understand the invalid data errors and survey result.
• Communicating and understanding customer concerns
• Fostering a good working relationship and rapport with customers
• May provide some outbound support for the special outreach project
• Working in the night shift
Qualifications
• Read and converse well in English
• Excellent communication and listening skills, a pleasant demeanor along with a professional appearance and ability to work well with people.
• Ability to manage high call volume
• Navigates through multiple online systems.
• Working knowledge about Microsoft Excel and others in the MS office suite.
• Work independently as well as with the team
• Work in the night shift
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
