• Support sales work

• Collect forecast order information from sales people and manage all related document, transfer the information to operation in time
• Be the bridge between sales and operation team, act actively to support both teams to achieve the target
• Be the open window of customers, collect customers' point and feedback to related team member
  

• Support project and sample management

• Support technical manager to manage project information and document
• For sample ordering process, be the connection between project people and operation people
• In charge of delivery of samples and related follow up
  

• Support customer activity & industrial fair

• Support activities such as customer visit, conference, and industrial fair
• Together with sales people and operation people to create necessary reports for management team
  

• Support work for other functions

• Work together with related sales and warehouse to well organize the logistics works
• Supporting payment check and invoice work
• Support contract work, together with sales and legal people

• Bachelor or above degree no background requirement; willing to learn new business
• Engineering/science/English background is a plus
• Able to use SAP, good SAP skill is a plus
• 3+ years’ work experiences, good skill on Microsoft office, skills on CAD or 3D software is a plus
• Good skill of English, both on oral and written; Dutch is a plus
• Good communication and team work skills; experience on work under high pressure is a plus
