Role & Responsibilities:

• Be familiar with door- to-door operation process of sea import freight
• Process over 30 SI shpts per month independently
• Know about door- to-door operation process of air import freight
• Process over 10 AI shpts per month independently
• Check / Correct/ Prepare various shipping documents per client's requirement
• Complete freight operation system work independently (prolink system)
• Complete account checking, invoicing and billing work independently
• SALES POTENTAIL, AS BJS SALES TEAM BUILD UP IS PRIORITY

Qualifications:

• University graduate or above
• At least three years' forwarding company experience in air and ocean
• Able to work independently and work under pressure
• Good in MS Excel
• Good command on reading, written and spoken English
• Global system operating experience and Sales potential will be preferred
