Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To solve users problems promptly through internet (wechat, QQ etc.)
  • To handle problems encountered by users in transactions.
  • To understand customer service needed information, and answering enquiries for provide quality services
  • Coordinate and communicate with relevant departments.
  • Complete ad hoc tasks as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • F.5 or above or equivalent qualification
  • With at 2 years relevant experience
  • Competent computer skills.
  • Typing skill is highly preferred
  • Positive, self-motivated with good communication skills
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Immediate available is highly preferable
