Position Summary: Execute back office activities for channel partners order fulfillment within the position of also be primary point of contact to support any distributors requests providing excellence on service and drive growth of channel adoption.
Channel Manager Position will be proximately launched in Mexico and for its growth and channel health is fundamental to have a dedicated person responsible to assure an excellence customer service support. Think innovatively on strategies to acquire and sustain customer base and improvement of internal process for a more efficient ordering flow. This position will work strongly driven by Channel manager goals towards success.
Essential Functions:
Perform entire workflow of an order fulfillment with a customer by attending calls or replying e-mails for quotation support, edit customer profile information, complaints, order status, delivery time information, product return or replacement and order canceling. Support Channel Manager Strategy, selling and promoting marketing activities providing information as needed for projects and participating on actions towards internal and external customers as necessary. Back office support: customer service, inside sales, product and supply chain activities such as; entering customer purchase orders into the system, assisting local shipping procedures, ensuring accuracy of shipments and supporting documentation, supervise the receiving incoming material. Report on a monthly basis Open Order Report Status to local channel partners. Be able to support channel partners with basic technical support. Report Dealers Opportunities in internal CRM (once launched).
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
Previous experience as customer service representative or similar position with similar tasks and responsibilities for a minimum of 2 years. Previous knowledge of ERP systems functionalities Experience with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) Bachelor degree in Business Management, Marketing, Science, or equivalent. Any experience in government Institutions order and suppliers contest. Any experience in call center attention. English skills
