Job Description
Job Summary

Patient Service Officers provides high quality non-medical custom service to our patients. Officers help provide hospital information, and help with patients questions and feedback.

Key Responsibilities
• Meet and Greet patients
• Answer telephone calls and emails from our patients
• Proactively handle and solve issues by coordinating with departments involved
• Ensure comments are properly logged and followed-up upon, provide feedback to the patient
• Seek opportunities to continuously improve patient services

Preferred Qualifications
• Good English Language skills (native speaker a plus)
• 2-3 years customer service experience
• Be well organized and good at problem solving
• Microsoft and Excel etc. experience
• Medical background is a plus
